DAQ Enterprises Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: November 22, 2025
Welcome to DAQ Enterprises. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DAQ Enterprises website and all related products, services, and courses (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Intellectual Property and Course Usage
a. Ownership
DAQ Enterprises (and any associated names, including "Stellarware Courses") retains all right, title, and interest in and to all content, courses, materials, designs, and intellectual property sold or distributed through this website or any affiliated third-party vendor.
b. Prohibited Conduct
Reselling, duplicating for commercial use, or otherwise engaging in the piracy of said courses or content in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing access credentials, making courses publicly available, or distributing course materials to unauthorized parties.
c. Account Termination
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that DAQ Enterprises has the right to immediately and without notice suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you are caught engaging in any form of prohibited conduct, intellectual property infringement, or piracy.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refund Window
Courses have a one-hour return window. Once a course is purchased, you must request a refund within sixty (60) minutes of the purchase time.
b. Non-Refundable After Window
If a refund is not requested and processed within the initial one-hour window, DAQ Enterprises cannot issue a refund from that point onward, regardless of course completion status or non-use. All sales become final after the one-hour window expires.
4. User Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DAQ Enterprises immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DAQ Enterprises does not guarantee that the courses will meet your specific requirements or that access to the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DAQ Enterprises, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iii) any third-party conduct or content on the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State Of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
DAQ Enterprises reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
